✨ From Me to You…
I’ve been where you are.
There was a season when I struggled as a new mom.
I felt alone.
Unsure if my milk was enough.
Pumping around the clock, hoping for just an ounce.
Going days without showering.
Struggling to keep up with the dishes, the laundry, and feeding myself.
Crying in the middle of the night — not from pain, but from how heavy it all felt.
I longed for peace, for prayer, for quiet, to be nurtured in nature — but I could barely get myself out in my own backyard, let alone out “in nature”.
What I needed was someone to gently say, “Come as you are. We’ll go together.”
Now, as a Certified Nature Therapy Guide and Womb Circle Facilitator, I’m creating the space I once needed (and still do) — a simple, sacred village where Catholic mamas can reconnect with their bodies, their babies, creation, and Christ.
This is the retreat I wish had existed when I needed it most.
Not a Pinterest-perfect “camp.”
But a sacred, earthy circle for Catholic moms to be nurtured — in body, soul, and spirit.
At Sacred Tent, you’ll experience intentional spaces for deep healing and connection:

Slow Guided Mindful Walks: Experience Scripture-based reflections while wandering in nature, connecting with God through creation.
Sensory Engagement: Invitations to ground yourself with nature—touch the earth, smell the herbs, and listen to the birds singing.
Childlike Wonder: Engage in playful activities that reconnect you with the simple joys of nature, just as your little ones do.
Easeful Feminine Flow: Take time to rest, breastfeed, nap, or simply be in nature’s embrace, allowing your body and soul to renew.

Guided Reflections on Mary: Meditate on Mary’s role as Our Mother, drawing strength from her example.
Birth Story Sharing: Be held in a prayerful, compassionate circle where we share and heal from our birth experiences.
Breathwork & Grounding Rituals: Reconnect with your body and the sacredness of motherhood through guided breath and body-centered practices.
Reclaiming the Womb: Embrace the holiness and power of your body, affirming your role as a life-bearer in Christ.

This isn’t just a camping trip — it’s a sacred sanctuary. By weaving together womb-centered healing and nature immersion, we create a space where mamas can come back into their bodies, rediscover rest, and find authentic sisterhood. You’ll be held and supported in your motherhood journey, right where you are.
This is about reconnecting to yourself, being fully present to your babies, embracing other moms on their motherhood journeys, and connecting to Christ through creation.

🍲 Food: BYO for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages. Co-created simple plant-based dinners with options for dietary needs. A Google Sheet will be shared so mothers can select which ingredients they will contribute.
